As you all probably know, last week severe weather caused millions of KN of damage on our small island. Šibenik city reacted promptly ad began work on road restoration and we are truly grateful! We have to inform you that the work is progressing at a very fast rate. The Zlarin Local Committee called for the restoration committee which will organize the restoration of all roads and paths, including the ones that were not damaged during this unfortunate occasion. The first labor action begins this Saturday, February 22nd at 7:30am and the first goal is to clean up the town. Bring your hoes, rakes, wheelbarrows and shovels. We’ll be gathering on Fingac, and we’re glad to say that the residents of Prvić Luka and Šepurina will be joining us.
Brunch will be given to the participants after the cleaning is complete.
